been registered with the Soil Association for conversion to organic
status and will be used manly for sheep rearing. There will also
be an organic orchard.
The area is an important wildlife site (crested cow
wheat, several species of orchids, badger setts, a small area of
ancient woodland) and the farm plans will take account of the importance
